### What the Role Looks Like
- Lead small-group classes for elementary students (K–5)
- Create a fun, structured, and positive classroom environment
- Follow provided curriculum (with room to bring your personality and style)
- Keep students engaged, active, and participating
- Communicate clearly with program staff

### Schedule & Details
Pay: $50 per class (based on program and experience)
Schedule: 1–3 afternoons per week
Class Length: ~1 hour
Total On-Site Time: ~1 hour 20 minutes (includes early arrival)
Locations: Hoboken & Jersey City partner schools
Most classes run 3:00–4:00 PM, with arrival around 2:30 PM
Some schools begin closer to 3:30 PM
Please apply only if you are consistently available between 2:30–5:00 PM at least 1–2 days per week, factoring in commute time.
