Position Summary
Parker Education is seeking a Specialized Reading Tutor to join our team. This is a part-time position. The tutor will work with students individually, utilizing their expertise in Orton-Gillingham or Wilson to support literacy development. Tutoring sessions occur at least twice per week, with the same students seen consistently each week.
Qualifications
Wilson or Orton-Gillingham certification (required)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with students with autism and/or learning and emotional challenges
Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
A flexible, creative, and collaborative approach to teaching
