Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk whose primary duties are to support the accounting department by being highly organized, detail oriented, and having strong excel and data input skills. The main responsibility of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to process accounts payable, process journal entries, and reconcile general ledger accounts. Additionally, the Accounts Payable Clerk ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

- Prepare and process accounts payable.
- Reconcile General Ledger Accounts.
- Reconcile Cash Accounts
Job Skills:

Education and/or Experience:
- High School and/or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:15 am - 5 pm.
