About the Role
We’re entering our next phase of global growth and need a senior leader to turn partnerships into a multiplier of scale. This is a foundational role that reports to our Chief Customer Office and works closely with our CEO. You’ll drive our Partnership ecosystem growth, unlock new opportunities and embed partner thinking across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Define the partnership roadmap across tech, channel, marketplace, and strategic alliances.
- Activate existing partners (e.g. Commercial Property Managers, Tenant Experience Apps, Access Control Systems) to deliver predictable, high-quality pipelines.
- Land new anchor partners that open markets and generate measurable revenue.
- Drive commercial outcomes: partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, time-to-first-revenue.
- Embed partner thinking across GTM and product, acting as the internal partner champion.
- Build the function: playbooks, partner ops, enablement, and eventually a small but high-performing team.
Who you are:
A strategic operator with commercial sharpness, ecosystem thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functionally, with both internal and external stakeholders. You can structure complex deals, build scalable partner operations, and lead with decency and ambition. You bring credibility and relationships across relevant ecosystems (proptech, CRE, access control, SaaS partners, or adjacent).
