Experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
We are a high-volume, family-owned restaurant with a strong reputation for exceptional food, hospitality, and consistency. Our award-winning kitchen is centered on trust, high-performance, and fun. We are looking for someone who shares those values and is ready to step into a leadership role.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong lead line cook ready to advance
· Experience working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
· Strong leadership, clear communication skills
· Hands-on line cooking experience
· Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mentality
· Passion for great food and hospitality
Responsibilities
· Lead and support the kitchen during service
· Expedite service and maintain quality standards
· Assist with inventory and light ordering
· Help train and motivate the kitchen team
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
· Collaborate on seasonal menu development and daily specials
· Ability to cover all line stations as needed
