RESIDENT ASSISTANT HOURS AND AVAILABILITY:
- Full-Time Day Shift
- Full-Time NOC Shift
- Part-Time PM Shift
RESIDENT ASSISTANT BASE WAGE: Up to $19.00 per hour
- $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience

RESIDENT ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resident Assistant will perform and document resident cares and services according to ISP (Plan of Care) per policies
- Report changes of conditions and variations of resident care to DON (Director of Nursing)
- Resident Assistant should respond promptly to all emergency response calls and take appropriate action
- Facilitate activities on the weekends and in the evenings as required
- Serve meals/feed residents during mealtimes as required
- Perform cleaning and laundry duties as necessary
- Fill in for open shifts as necessary
- Resident Assistant will perform and document vital sign monitoring per ISP (Plan of Care)
- Answer and respond to all resident calls/alarms
- Resident Assistant will perform and document medication reminders or management per resident ISP (Plan of Care) and current training and delegations (Oral, Nasal, Topical, Transdermal, Ophthalmic, Vaginal, Rectal, Subcutaneous, etc.)
