Park View is seeking a strategic, collaborative Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help shape its future. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board. The CFO will lead financial strategy, accounting, investments, liquidity, forecasting and budgeting, risk management, internal controls, auditing, and other assigned duties. More importantly, this leader will help ensure the credit union remains strong, forward-looking, and well-positioned for sustainable growth and member impact.
What you will bring
- Executive-level finance leadership experience within a financial institution or related environment (credit union or banking industry preferred)
- Deep expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, investments, liquidity, ALM, risk management, and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and NCUA regulations
- Confidence in presenting financial insights to executive leadership, Boards, regulators, employees, and other stakeholders
- A leadership style that combines strategic thinking, sound judgment, team development, and cross-functional partnership
- A clear appreciation for Park View’s mission, values, and faith-based legacy, and the ability to lead in alignment with its triple bottom line philosophy
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
