Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality processing of linens, uniforms, and other textiles for commercial clients
- Lead and motivate a team of laundry technicians providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all laundry facilities
- Coordinate with general manager and production manager to schedule workloads, manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, and optimize workflow processes
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures
Skills
- Proven supervising or leadership experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or laundry operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize tasks efficiently and lead a team effectively
- Extensive janitorial or custodial experience within hospitality, hotel or laundry environments preferred
- Knowledge of laundry equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and management seamlessly
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety protocols, and customer service excellence
