The highly qualified individual is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall success of operations, at the division level, for Park Square Homes. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Develop division business plan with owners and other leaders. Ensure effective implementation of business plan.
• Achieve gross revenues per financial projections as set forth in business plan.
• Ensure achievement of gross profit margin targets per financial projections as set forth in business plan.
• Ensure most efficient organizational structure for division and staff appropriately.
• Recruit and select experienced and high potential employees as needed. Ensure proper recruitment and selection for all division positions.
• Adequately train all direct reports. Ensure proper training for all division positions.
• Set quarterly goals and evaluate performance of all direct reports. Ensure proper goal setting and performance evaluation of all division employees.
• Set and approve compensation plans for appropriate employees with assistance of chief executive officer. Approve all other division employee compensation with direct reports.
• Secure target market share per business plan.
• Provide for continuity and growth of the firm as set forth in business plan.
• Maintain division in a sound financial condition with assistance of chief executive officer. Assist chief executive officer and chief financial officer in providing for adequate company financing.
• Ensure adequate new community locations as dictated in business plan.
• Provide excellent home product for all communities.
• Ensure all homes are built per construction standards set forth in business plan
• Achieve customer satisfaction targets as set forth in business plan.

• Ensure timely work in all areas of the firm.
• Enforce policies of the firm and for each major functional area.
• Establish quality relationship with other excellent homebuilders, developers, and land owners/sellers and competent consultants to the industry.
• Effectively represent firm in local, civic, political and industry activities and generate positive public relations opportunities.
• Administer self-improvement program providing for both professional and personal development.

We seek a bright, focused, solutions-oriented and strategic-minded leader who can function as a business partner pro-actively while driving results using diplomacy, persistence, professionalism, integrity. College degree is required and a minimum of 10 years operations experience in the homebuilding industry. The individual must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing excellent services and products. The capacity for directing others while under pressure and maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is a must. Strategic planning abilities, handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills are necessities for this position.
