What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Dentist - Private Practice position at Park Smiles Dentistry?
We are a privately owned group practice with ethical, easy going dentists focused on doing things right. We are looking for another dentist to join our team.
Our practice has a great reputation for doing high quality, ethical work. We are FFS/OON with a beautiful, new facility. We use a digital 3Shape scanner, iTero scanners, CBCT, digital X-rays, etc.
We do mostly bread and butter dentistry and some guided implant surgery. We welcome applicants of all experience levels.
We have been in Winter Park for 86 years. We have generations of patients who trust us to care for them like they are family.
The opening is for full time . We are looking for someone who can start 5 days per week to meet our current patient demand but we are happy to gradually transition that down to 4 days per week if that is preferred .
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to spend the rest of their career building relationships with patients in one location. We strive to give a consistent experience to our patients and give patients a better experience than they would have in a practice with a revolving door of dentists every few years. This position has the option to grow into a partnership if desired.
We hope to find someone with a great personality and a great sense of humor to join our fun team. We are looking for someone who can start soon but we may be willing to wait for the right candidate. We are currently collecting resumes but we not likely to make any hires until we find another dental assistant to join our team.

A daily minimum would be offered to start with pay based on a percentage of collections, whichever is greater.
