Park Row Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher who is committed to academic excellence and Christ-centered education. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in core academic subjects.
- Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview throughout instruction and classroom interactions.
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that supports students' academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Monitor student progress through ongoing classroom assessments and communicate regularly with families.
- Maintain a well-organized classroom that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student success and the mission of the school.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (teaching certification preferred).
- Experience teaching elementary-aged students preferred.
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and the ability to integrate a biblical worldview into daily instruction.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
