Responsibilities
The LNHA will provide overall leadership and direction for the facility, including:
- Supporting and developing department leaders
- Maintaining high standards of resident care and customer service
- Promoting a positive, accountable, and supportive workplace culture
- Building relationships with residents, families, employees, and the community
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements
- Overseeing facility operations, staffing, financial performance, and quality initiatives
- Working closely with nursing leadership to support excellent clinical outcomes
- Maintaining survey readiness and driving continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license
- Skilled nursing/long-term care leadership experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory and operational requirements
- A leadership style that is hands-on, positive, accountable, and resident-focused

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
