Key Responsibilities:
- Market the apartment community through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Present the community's features and benefits to prospective residents, highlighting its unique selling points.
- Secure lease agreements from qualified individuals by guiding them through the application process, completing all necessary paperwork, and ensuring timely payment of rent and deposits.
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends, contributing ideas to improve resident satisfaction and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
