What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents, showcasing apartment features and community benefits
- Handle phone inquiries, service requests, and resident concerns professionally
- Complete lease applications, verify information, and prepare related paperwork
- Maintain market awareness and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction
- Inspect property grounds, report maintenance needs, and assist with move-outs
- Support the Community Manager with reports, surveys, and resident communications
- Ensure compliance with all rental laws and deliver exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience a plus
- Coursework or interest in Real Estate or Property Management preferred
