What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation?
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for finding coverage for open nursing shifts in the facility and managing the on-call phone M-F during business hours, posting a schedule daily in the facility to be in compliance with CMS regulations and keep a running schedule for the month for the nursing department. A CNA license is required. The staffing manager will be required to assist on the floor during working hours when needed.
