Job Summary
Park Place Transitional Care and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We have multiple shifts available and offer flexible scheduling.
Available Shifts
- 12-Hour Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide direct care and support to residents in a safe and respectful manner
- Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations, weights)
- Assist with transfers and mobility
- Maintain clean and organized resident care areas, including equipment and supplies
- Document and chart resident care and daily functions accurately
- Support a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Active CNA certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
