Summary: Directly responsible for all operational and administrative areas of the parking facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staffing and personnel development, including recruitment, orientation, on-the-job training, and continued growth and development of the employees.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed in the facility.
- Maintain positive customer relations and addresses customer concerns.
- Oversee the overall parking program in accordance with company expectations.
- Manage preventive maintenance of facility equipment including the proper operation of company equipment.
- Ensure the property is maintained in accordance with company expectations.
- Develop and administer the budgeting and expenses for the facility.
- Attends company meetings, conferences, etc. as instructed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a similar role, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional staff required

Facilities management experience in the industry preferred

A valid state drivers license with a current address and acceptable driving record required
