Sales Parking Representative

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00/year Commission

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and operation teams to develop branding messages.
- Daily and weekly 'Business to Business' visits and calls in the Cleveland area
- Attend vendor fairs and trade shows
- Identify target customers and markets.
- Collect and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Collect and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
- Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepare and present reports summarizing information; make recommendations based on analysis.
- Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred
· 1-3 years of related experience in business, promotional sales, customer service, or related field required

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or related role.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Experience working with parking management software or similar systems (preferred).
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures (preferred).
