What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge Assistant position at Park Place Nursing & Rehab?
Our Skilled Nursing facility seeks a friendly and dynamic Concierge Assistant to assist with customer service and other duties. The Concierge will greet potential residents, families, and visitors and act as a reference point while helping various departments (Front Desk, Activities, Dietary, and Care teams).
Shift: Full-time plus every other weekend.
We are looking for an individual who is kind, compassionate, efficient, team-oriented and works well under pressure. This position also requires the candidate to have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate for this job must be resourceful, responsible, and exceptionally organized.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service experience with proven organizational skills
- Good communication skills- verbal and written.
- Must have problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Active listening skills.
- Experience in Nursing homes LTC or medaical facilities is a plus.
