Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Team Lead Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary
Provides support to the department/site ensuring quality service through timely and courteous assistance. Provides service support to patients who request our care. Lead the Frontline and/or Call Center daily operations by matching staffing needs to the phone processes and measures tied to operational service goals. Functions as a part of an organizational Frontline and/or Call Center Team to assure continual quality improvements are in place to meet service goals. Responsible for assisting staff with daily operations and developmental learning/training. Assist supervisor and or manager with gathering performance feedback and performance measures.
Our space was renovated in 2019 and offers great amenities including; free parking, a large break room with an ice machine, filtered water, and a Keurig, a staff relaxation room, snack bar, exercise room, and beautiful views overlooking the Brookview Golf Course! It truly is a wonderful environment to work in.
Work Schedule: M-F Day shift.

- Assist with daily front desk operations, ensuring efficiency in scheduling and patient check-in.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and office staff to optimize workflow and patient care.
- Monitor and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Assist with administrative duties such as clinician schedules, reports, training, and organization around frontline processes.

Required Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer skills
- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
- Must be proficient in the operation of the following types telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photo copier and fax machine
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Leadership experience or a strong ability to mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
