Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Valet Attendant Afternoon/Evenings. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage parking operations, and ensure a smooth experience for all visitors during evening hours. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for travelers and guests alike.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking their vehicles efficiently and safely
- Operate standard passenger cars and handle manual transmissions with confidence
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding guests through parking procedures
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and retail math calculations
- Assist with outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting and maintaining parking lot organization
- Ensure proper communication with team members to coordinate vehicle flow and guest needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking area in all weather conditions, including outdoor work environments
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is highly preferred
- Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate standard passenger vehicles with manual transmission skillfully
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Comfortable performing heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; familiarity with parking regulations is advantageous
- Must be at least 21 years of age
