Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and waitlists during high-volume periods.
- Coordinate seating and maintain smooth table turnover.
- Introduce guests to their server for a seamless transition.
- Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests promptly.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly for the next guest.
- Thank guests sincerely upon departure and invite them to return.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operation.
- Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks.
