Park Marina (est. 1989) – Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full-service marina amenities that create a top-tier on-the-water experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply knowledge (of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc.) to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.
- Ability to approach mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.
- Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property.
- Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are met
- Ability to follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment's life.
- Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow-up to ensure that all are resolved.
- Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department.
- Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize these skills to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to swim.
