What You Will Do
- Greet customers and manage the service lane with professionalism and urgency
- Clearly communicate recommended repairs, estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient workflow
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture
What We Are Looking For
- 1 or more years of Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong sales skills
- Desire to grow with a dealership that is actively investing in its people
