CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)

Requirements:
- Must be listed current on the WI Nurse Aide Registry
- Pass a caregiver criminal background check
Job Summary:
- Provide direct resident care and assistance with ADLs to include bathing, dressing, hygiene care, toileting, nutrition assistance, etc.
- Assist with safe resident mobility
- Assist in transporting residents
- Provide services to assist residents in maintaining highest level of safety and independence
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Complete tasks to assist in maintaining neatness/cleanliness of the facility
- Other applicable job duties as assigned
