Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. If you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we'd love to have you as part of our healthcare team.

Housekeeping Aide Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Follow established infection prevention and cleaning procedures.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as assigned.
• Handle linens and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Work collaboratively with nursing, dietary, maintenance, and other departments.
• Follow all safety policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, hotel, or healthcare cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift.
