The Opportunity
We are looking for a bright, motivated individual who wants to build a career in accounting, finance, and business operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, including accounting, financial reporting, real estate operations, property management, cash management, budgeting, and business analysis. Qualifications
1-2 years experience in an accounting or finance role
Communication skills to present and discuss financial information effectively
Organizational skills and comfort with multi-tasking
Comfort speaking with people and handling yourself professionally with tenants and vendors
Not required but a PLUS:
- Experience with Appfolio accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Familiarity with compliance standards and accounting procedures
- Prior experience in either the parking or commercial real estate industries
