Hours,

Hours will vary depending on ability to fill this position, on skill and consistency of the quality of the work done.

Closing hours

· Sundays-Thursdays 11pm

· Fridays and Saturdays 1am

Out times are depending on when the job is done and not when the closing hours are, we are expected to serve food until 5 minutes after the hour to accommodate the guests.

Job requirements,

Must have

· lift upwards of 50 lbs, bend/stretch.

· Work long hours upwards of 10, stand for long periods of time.

· Will need to help cover other shifts throughout the week.

· Flexible hours and an open schedule.

· Weekends and late nights are a must.

· All cooks wash dishes.

As stated, before weekends and long hours are required with this position, the number of hours are not guaranteed and based off performance.

• Starting pay 17.50hr, will be willing to increase wage after 180 (6 months) days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and cater to special dietary needs as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high-quality food service.
• Utilize knife skills for food preparation and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.

Qualifications

• Food preparation skills
• Cooking experience
• Food service background
• Restaurant or kitchen experience
• Culinary knowledge
• Knife skills for food preparation.
• Ability to handle food safely.
• Menu planning experience is a plus.
• Catering or serving experience is beneficial.
