🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• The Warm Welcome: Greet residents and their guests with a professional, friendly attitude.

• Precision Parking: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring everyone gets where they need to go on time.

• Resident Support: Assist with groceries, luggage, or mobility aids—going the extra mile is what we do!

• Front-Door Excellence: Work with the Site Supervisor to keep the entrance organized, safe, and welcoming.

• At least 18 years of age
• 2 years of driving experience
• Valid drivers license
• Acceptable driving record
• Good customer service skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
• Must project professionalism
• Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)
• Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)
• Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
