THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Turndown Attendant to join our distinguished housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest room is immaculately clean, organized, and prepared to the highest standards of luxury for the guest's turndown experience. Your role will be essential in creating a seamless, five-star service for our guests, maintaining the refined elegance and impeccable attention to detail that Park Hyatt is known for. WAGE INFORMATION The hourly rate for this position is $26.50. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.
SHIFT INFORMATION: This position will primarily be an afternoon shift. Availability and flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs is important.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Turndown Attendant to join our distinguished housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest room is immaculately clean, organized, and prepared to the highest standards of luxury for the guest's turndown experience. Your role will be essential in creating a seamless, five-star service for our guests, maintaining the refined elegance and impeccable attention to detail that Park Hyatt is known for. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide turndown service: Perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences (e.g., filling ice buckets), and replenishing amenities, linens, and preparing sofa bed mattresses.
- Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms: Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, and bathroom) according to procedure.
- Anticipate guests' needs: Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest. Be familiar with all hotel services and features, local attractions, or activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Support housekeeping operations: Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

- Operational Support: Proven ability to support room attendants, manage supply distribution, and maintain organized, guest‑ready floors and public spaces.
