Job Description: Property Manager for a 100-unit multifamily complex
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a multifamily complex under new ownership. This role is integral to maintaining a high standard of tenant relations, property upkeep, and community engagement while the community undergoes a transformation.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and tenants, including support for the sales team.
- Assist with inquiries related to rental inquiries and potential home purchase processes.
- Tenant relations and community engagement, including but not limited to, welcoming new residents and ensuring they understand community policies & procedures.
- Provide ongoing support to residents, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate property maintenance & upkeep, regular community inspection and periodic unit inspections to ensure they meet community standards.
- Assist in coordinating renovations throughout the community
- Conduct periodic reviews of community financials with the company’s finance team. Identify opportunities and propose strategic operational adjustments aimed at enhancing the performance of the property.
- Ensure rental collections are strong and assist in evictions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in property management or similar experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service experience with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
- Property Manager License or Property Manager-In-Charge License (preferred but not required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend needs

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, depending on experience, plus regular bonus and opportunity for growth in the company.
