Park Dental Hudson is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Starting Salary $23.50 - $26.50 per hour
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Monday 630am - 215pm (Hudson)
Tuesday 130pm - 815pm (Hudson)
Wednesday 930am - 515pm (Apple River - Somerset, WI)
Thursday 830am - 415pm (Apple River - Somerset, WI)
Friday 630am - 415pm (Hudson)
Saturday 700am - 245pm (approx 6/year)
