Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities
Perform daily, weekly, and deep cleaning duties, including but not limited to:
Dusting and polishing surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms and restrooms
Changing linens and bedding
Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
Restock supplies and linens as needed
Respond to special requests and concerns from patients, families, and staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in housekeeping or a related field
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
