Position: Associate Custodian - Southside Elementary School
Duties: Serve as a member of the District's custodial team; work cooperatively with District and building-level custodial/maintenance personnel to provide students with a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable environment so they can fully benefit from the learning opportunities available through the District's instructional/activity program
Qualifications
Employment Term: Four (4) hours per day, scheduled to work each day school is in session, possibility of summer hours. This is a non-benefit eligible position
Beginning Date: As soon as mutually agreed
Closing Date: The position will remain open until filled.

- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with limited supervision as well as work effectively and cooperatively with other members of the custodial team, students, and other District staff
- Demonstrated proficiency in general cleaning; ability to use cleaning equipment and handle/lift heavy objects; ability to be on feet for long periods of time
- Custodial background/experience/knowledge
- Willingness to adapt to specific or new working situations
