This is a front line, skill based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations.
Skills Required:
- · Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall experience
- · Attention to detail, taking pride and ownership in your work
- · Observe additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to your supervisor
- · Always present a professional and helpful attitude maintaining positive relationships with guests, owners, and co-workers
- · Perform routine property maintenance including trash pickup and snow/ice removal
- · Must be dependable and prompt
- · Willing to work weekends and holidays
Duties may also include testing and adding chemicals to the hot tubs of our managed properties and homeowner associations to ensure a safe and clean environment for our owners and guests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy items
- Have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Ablility to work in adverse weather conditions
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
