Established in 1984, today we manage 11 homeowner associations and 250 nightly rental properties located in Old Town Park City, Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons ski resorts. Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Inspect units cleaned by housekeeping staff prior to guests' arrival.
- Ensure company cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
- Clean carpets.
- Make miscellaneous deliveries to properties.
- Clean Homeowner Association Common Areas.
- Help in the Laundry with packing linens.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 - 2 years' experience
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift heavy items.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
- Has a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
- Able to work weekends and some evenings during winter season
