JOB DESCRIPTIONGeneral Manager – Park City Lodging Position SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Park City Lodging’s operations in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and long-term strategic goals. This position provides executive oversight of all departments and locations, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. The General Manager serves as a key community representative and works closely with the President to guide company vision and growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company standards and values.Direct and develop department managers including Marketing, Accounting, Reservations, Guest Services, HOA Projects, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.Respond to guest or owner concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.Oversee the onboarding of new properties, contracts, and homeowner relationships.Drive strategic partnerships with industry organizations, community groups, and key stakeholders.Monitor and manage financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators across departments.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Represent Park City Lodging in the community, embodying our commitment to being stewards of our local community.
