- Open new accounts and memberships – including business, fiduciary, and personal
- Handle member debit card items
- Perform account maintenance for members
- Handle complex member inquires and needs
- Expand member share of wallet, and ensure strong e-service adoption
- Handle all in-person member requests that are not performed on the teller line, except loan applications
- Back-up the teller line
- Create Raving Fan Experiences with every member helped!
Requirements
- Strong attendance record
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Proven ability to complete complex transactions and forms accurately
- Positive attitude
- Ability to achieve set sales goals
- Willingness to go above and beyond service expectations for our members
