This position is for our new Wausau, WI, location. The Mortgage Lender proactively solicits new residential and commercial mortgage business and sells Park City Credit Union's (PCCU) products and services to members according to all credit union policies, procedures, Federal and State rules and regulations to meet established loan quality and production goals. The Lender conducts interviews with mortgage applicants in order to analyze financial and credit information. The Lender ensures exceptional member service by maintaining knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, with a commitment to professional ethics.
The Lender will be responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of quality relationships with real estate professionals in all credit union markets which may include regular participation in business related development opportunities and community efforts to promote homeownership.
Requirements
Must have proven conventional mortgage lending experience, processing, or equivalent. Experience working with secondary market offerings and thorough understanding of all types of mortgage products. Must have or be able to obtain a National Mortgage Licensing System registration number (NMLS#).
