Job Description: As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the professional installation of a variety of window treatments and home design elements. You will work closely with our design team and clients to ensure each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install custom window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery hardware.
- Measure and assess installation sites to ensure accurate and precise fittings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges on-site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure installations meet the design specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various installation challenges.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in various physical environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
