Social Media & Content Intern | Park City Blind & Design
Park City Blind & Design is looking for a creative, reliable Social Media & Content Intern to work closely with our Marketing Manager to collaborate, brainstorm, and execute consistent social media content.
Our goals are to grow our brand presence, increase our following, network within the design and building industry, and showcase our work across social media.
This is intentionally a very part-time, support-focused role best suited for someone who enjoys content creation, video editing, social networking, and keeping up with Instagram and TikTok.
What You’ll Do
- Create and publish 2–3 Instagram posts per week
- Create and publish at least 1 TikTok per week
- Edit short-form video and create graphics/social assets
- Write captions and assist with content planning
- Regularly engage and network with relevant industry accounts
- Research trends, audio, and creative content opportunities
- Create content using existing brand photography, video, and project galleries
- Occasionally join us at projects, showrooms, installs, or events for in-person content capture
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm, collaborate, and execute content on schedule
Skills & Experience
- Experience with social media and/or content creation preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Proficiency with Canva and CapCut or similar editing tools
- Comfortable using AI/LLM tools for research, brainstorming, and content development
- Strong visual eye and creative instincts
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage recurring responsibilities
- Able to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
- Interest in interior design, home, architecture, construction, or lifestyle content is a plus
- Deadlines and timelines are crucial in this role. We’re looking for someone who can consistently deliver completed work on schedule, communicate proactively, and take ownership of assigned content.
Position Details
- Very part-time | Approximately 5–7 hours/week
- $300–$500/month, depending on experience
- Flexible schedule with primarily remote work occasional in-person content capture
- Intended for a student or early-career creative looking to build their portfolio, gain hands-on marketing experience, and/or receive class or internship credit
- Opportunity to create real-world content for an established brand and leave with a strong body of work for your portfolio
