The Role
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you're the glue that keeps installs, repairs, and warranty work running on time. You'll coordinate schedules for installers and customers, help resolve customer service issues alongside our Customer Service Manager, and keep everyone in the loop when plans change.
What You'll Do
- Schedule installations, repairs, and warranty appointments
- Communicate with customers and installers to confirm dates and times
- Track incoming product and adjust schedules as needed
- Reschedule appointments when delays or changes come up
- Support the Customer Service Manager with customer issues
- Keep the team calendar organized and up to date
- Help keep the office clean and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 1 year in scheduling, admin, or customer service
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at juggling priorities
- Comfortable learning new software
- Home services, construction, or design experience is a plus
