(35/70mm), Samuel Goldwyn Jr. Family Trust, Film4, ITV Studios, Pathé, Laika, Cohen Film Collection, Revolution Studios and Goldcrest Films and licenses thousands of screenings per year to cinema chains, independent cinemas, film festivals and cinematheques.
Purpose of the Role
In order to support our ambitious growth plans in North America, Park Circus is seeking to fill the role of Sales & Distribution Coordinator, North America, joining our existing team in North America. Supporting the LA-based VP Theatrical Sales, North America, and the Sales Director the successful candidate will support the growth of all elements of the Sales function as required to help grow the business, including Sales Administration, Sales Support, and Technical/Materials Delivery and Distribution.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and results-oriented candidate, able to work in a high-volume fast-paced environment, ideally with experience within the Film industry (US studio experience would be beneficial).
The role will involve working within the North America Sales team to assist sales of classic films from Park Circus’s vast library to cinema chains, independent cinemas, cinematheques and film festivals. As well as assisting with the delivery of screening materials (DCPs and 35/70mm prints) to sites and supporting with any related technical operations tasks. The role will support the VP Theatrical Sales, North America and the Sales Director and will require close collaboration with Park Circus’s US Director of Finance & Operations as well as its UK teams (Sales, Technical Operations, Finance and Marketing).
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Supporting VP Theatrical Sales, North America and the Sales Director on delivering the department’s overall revenue and profit growth targets for US & Canada.
· Reactive and Proactive Sales:
o Agreeing and processing inbound theatrical sales enquiries from US and Canadian cinemas, cinematheques and film festivals under supervision of VP Theatrical Sales.
o Converting leads into to sales and upselling other relevant titles.
o Delivering great customer service end to end.
o Pro-active sales to activate new and “lapsed” clients to drive new business relationships and revenues.
o Supporting on Blu Ray Licensing Bookings, eventually taking over this line of business.
· Technical/Materials Delivery and Distribution Support:
o Coordinating Digital Cinema Package (“DCP”) and 35mm/70mm film print delivery and/or transport for Theatrical and Festival bookings in North America, working with Deluxe and Print labs.
o Managing KDM ordering (digital security keys) for Digital Cinema screenings.
o Liaising with exhibitors to organise asset crossovers between sites and to return assets after screenings where required.
o Responding to customer queries by email and phone and supporting exhibitors to resolve technical and logistics issues.
o Maintaining accurate asset management records.
· Sales Administration & Sales Support:
o Using the Park Circus Rights Management system (Arena) to accurately input, update and manage bookings from end to end of the sales process (contacts, leads, rights checks, bookings, marketing materials, technical materials fulfilment, invoicing).
o Assisting with Arena data clean up.
o Various administration tasks linked to the role to support the North America team, as required, including running sales history reports and participating in the budgeting, monthly re-forecasting process and annual planning process.
o Covering for VP Theatrical Sales and the Sales Director for sales duties in case of holidays, illness, jury duty, etc.
o Potential travel may be required to UK and/or LA offices as well as film markets / trade fairs / film festivals.

Skills, Attributes & Experience Required:
· 1–3 years of experience in film distribution, exhibition, sales administration, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Strong interest in theatrical exhibition and classic film.
• Have a dedicated, positive attitude and be a strong collaborator within the sales team and cross-collaborator with other teams and the UK Head Office teams to deliver shared objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to form strong relationships internally and externally by email and telephone.
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve problems at an early stage.
• Show a good sense of initiative and ambition to develop in the role.
Desirable Skills, Attributes & Experience:
· Experience working in theatrical film distribution or cinema exhibition.
· Experience handling or coordinating 35mm or 70mm film print logistics.
· Experience working at an independent cinema, cinematheque, archive, or film festival.
· Familiarity with DCP delivery and theatrical booking workflows.

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 depending on Experience, plus discretionary bonus & 401(k) contributions. This role qualifies for annual discretionary profit-share performance incentive and 401(k) benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, and if applicable, the location of the position.
