Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance projects and tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities
