About the Role:
At Park Avenue Extended Care, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Unit Clerk to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our nursing unit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Management: Scanning and uploading important records into our EMR system.
- Paperwork Organization: Filing and managing paperwork to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Communication Support: Answering phone calls with professionalism and directing them appropriately.
- Administrative Assistance: Handling faxing, emailing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A highly organized individual with basic office skills.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
