Core Responsibilities
- Instructional Excellence: Plan, prepare, and deliver subject-specific lessons that integrate a biblical worldview and meet academic standards.
- Spiritual Leadership: Model Christ-like behavior, lead classroom devotions, and foster a nurturing, loving environment where students feel valued.
- Mentorship: Serve as a spiritual guide, providing mentorship and supporting the emotional and spiritual development of young adolescents.
· Assessment & Recording: Evaluate student progress through testing and projects, maintaining accurate records, and providing frequent feedback to parents.
· Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in chapels, school committees, staff meetings, and potential extracurricular activities like coaching or club sponsorship.
· Personal Faith: A profession of faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with the school's statement of faith. Be an active member of a like minded church.
