Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Agent located in Winter Park, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Title Agent will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions, including conducting title searches, verifying chain of title, managing escrow accounts, and coordinating closings. Additionally, the Title Agent will provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Title Searches and verifying Chain of Title
- Knowledge of Closings and Escrow processes
- Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and legal documents is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Florida Title Agent license required
