Server Assistant and Busser

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Server Assistant and Busser to support our restaurant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and providing friendly guest service. Duties

• Clean and sanitize glassware, dishes, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as glassware, utensils, and napkins to ensure efficient service.
• Run food to the correct tables promptly and accurately, supporting the serving staff.
• Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces as needed.
• Support team members in delivering excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning supplies.
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old or as required by local regulations for this role.

Pay: From $10.70 per hour
