Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Line Cooks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food safety procedures, experience with high-volume production, and proficiency in grilling and food preparation techniques. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen setting where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, with a focus on grilling and food production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures rigorously to uphold health standards.
• Assist in managing high-volume food production during busy service times while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment of ingredients and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients, to prevent accidents or contamination.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitizing protocols.
• Skilled in grilling techniques and food preparation processes.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
