What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, adjust, and monitor production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, equipment specs, and ladder logic
- Complete maintenance tasks and support general plant upkeep
- Safely start up and shut down plant systems during normal operations and extended outages
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and activities in maintenance
- Requisition of replacement parts and supplies
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Trade school or community college training (preferred)
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical layouts
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with PLCs and PLC‑controlled equipment (preferred)
- Experience working with:
- Servo motors and motor drives (preferred)
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
